Energy for Life Connection offers holistic wellness services for the Duluth, MN and surrounding areas.   We offer personalized workshops and sessions in Healing Touch, herbs and herbal remedies, manual therapies and bodywork for pain management and physical rehabilitation, as well as mind/body/spirit “whole-person” integrated wellness services.

Stacey Quade, COTA, Retired, CHTP Levels I and II and Joseph Quade of Great Lake Therapies provide collaborative services to shine a brighter light in the area of comprehensive holistic health care. Individually or in an integrated dual modality treatment session, Stacey and Joseph can assist you with your healing and help you achieve the whole, balanced lifestyle you are seeking.

Stacey Quade, COTA,Retired-CHTP/I, II, Herbalist – has been an Herbalist, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner, and experienced energy bodywork practitioner since 2002. She received her Healing Touch Certification in 2004, Level 1 instructor certification for Healing Touch in 2014, and Level 2 Instructor certification in 2018. Recently retired from 33 years of Occupational therapy at Essentia Health (1988 to 2022), those years have helped her to hone her skills in the practical application of whole health. Stacey’s herbal remedies are both grown and made by her. Stacey’s approach enables you to experience healing on all the levels of your being – body, mind, and spirit – engaging in an active role of regaining the awareness and focus of your life’s purpose.

Joseph Quade, MPT, CHTP, Master of Arts Physical Therapy – Great Lake Therapies – offers a variety of specific bodywork, manual therapy, and physical rehabilitation options. He received his degree in Physical Therapy in 1997.  He balances this with an eclectic use of energetic modalities and an educational approach that helps you regain control of your healing process.
